• Educational institutions
• Authorized administrators, teachers, parents, and students

2 Account Responsibility

• Schools manage user access and permissions
• Users must keep login credentials confidential
• All activities under an account are the school's responsibility

3 Subscription & Payments

• Pricing and billing terms are agreed during onboarding
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• Feature upgrades are applied as per mutual agreement

4 Data & Content

• Schools retain full ownership of their data
• Vidhyarthika does not claim ownership of academic or student records

5 Service Availability

While we aim for reliable service, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed due to technical or maintenance reasons.

6 Misuse & Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated in case of:

• Misuse of the platform
• Violation of agreed terms
• Non-payment of subscription fees

7 Limitation of Liability

Vidhyarthika is a technology platform and is not responsible for:

• Academic decisions
• Administrative actions
• Data entered by users

8 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
